Health services include medical care provided in various settings, and social services offer non-medical support, such as home care and support programs for older adults.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
Evaluate policies regarding the life course of Quebec’s aging population in metropolitan, urban, or rural settings, taking into account their living environment, social participation, and societal trends.
This also includes analyzing the relevance and quality of health care and social services in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and at home, as well as the transitions between these care and service settings to ensure optimal aging.
